We’re in the midst of Web 3.0, a semantic web that becoming increasingly surfaced to users via machines and algorithms. But without good content strategy, all of the emerged and emerging technologies we will use to communicate to our target audiences will fail. Our August speaker, Josh DeLung, is a senior manager at ICF, ranked by PRWeek as the largest agency serving the U.S. public sector. He serves as ICF’s Strategy & Quality Lead and previously led its Social Media Practice.  Currently, he is the senior strategist for several digital government projects for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, employing content strategy, user experience, business analysis, analytics and emerging tech to help the government deliver better citizen experiences.
