IABC Lynchburg invites you to join us  for our professional development luncheon on Nov. 8. Our guest speakers will be Dr. James Roux and Scott Robert, who will focus on how to understand millennials and bring out their potential in the workplace.

In this presentation, you will come away with understanding the four key elements of millennials’ thinking and a strategy to maximize their professional strengths.

Roux is a professor of communications studies at Lynchburg College, where he teaches a variety of classes, including interpersonal communication, research methods, professional and organizational communication, and small group communication. His research interests are interpersonal communication and conflict and negotiation.

Robert is the college’s assistant director of career development and internships. Together, they regularly consult with local employers to provide tips about communicating with millennials.
